Cancellation Policy
1. Free cancellation
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
2. Late cancellation
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in may be charged the equivalent of one night's stay.
3. No-show
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.
4. Changes to a reservation
Date or room changes are subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible by contacting us directly.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Exceptional circumstances
In exceptional circumstances beyond a guest's control, the hostel may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
